Our screening process starts from the first conversation we have with the potential employee. Throughout the interview process, we evaluate the applicant for honesty, compassion, work ethic and compatibility to name just a few. One Solution Home Care sets high Standards for the Caregivers we bring on our team.
Each applicant must successfully pass a State Required background check; work history is evaluated and then verified. A current physical and negative Mantoux test is also required.
